I only stayed one night, I arrived very late (1.30 am) and I was very happy to be collected at the airport by the owner, a very kind person. The house is only a few minutes drive from arrivals and would only take less than 10 minutes walk, but given the time and not knowing the area I was delighted for the pick up. I was then welcomed by Doina, such a lovely lady! Very friendly and helpful, I was made feel at home straight away. I had to catch a train at 9 in the morning from Pisa and it only took me a short walk to the airport railway station which is only a very short time away from the central station. It was all very smooth and relaxing and for this reason I would recommend Casa Doina to anybody on an overnight stay who is not looking for luxury and just needs a clean and friendly place to spend the night.
The house is very dated and could be refurbished, The room I was in was tiny but clean and the two single beds were very small, the furniture very basic. I kept the window open and it was a bit noisy outside during the night .The bathroom was shared and even though clean, there was a bad smell coming from the pipes, probably old.The bath tub, with shower, is tiny with a very odd seat. I had the bad idea to put the rubber mat inside to avoid slipping, but because of the irregular shape it didn't work and instead I ended up in the air and I was lucky not to break an arm or a leg, so be careful! Breakfast was served in a lovely little garden, the italian coffe was nice but there was hardly anything else; a packed croissant, some plain biscuits and jam and a carton of fruit juice. I didn't mind though because I had no time to relax over breakfast.

Apparently the lady of the house was waiting for us at the airport but we did not know so we walked. Walked back next morning to collect hire car. 5/10
Very poor breakfast.

Only 5 minute walk to Pisa Airport. The owners were very helpful and the room was very clean.
Didn't realize it was a shared bathroom when booking. The other room had 4 adults, making 6 people using the one bathroom, which included the only toilet. It was difficult in the morning, as we all had the same early flight. The room wasn't soundproof and we could hear the other guests and road noise.

One of the best things about this hotel is its incredibly convenient location right next to the airport. It's just a short walk away, which is ideal if you have an early flight or a late arrival. Being so close to the airport, it also offers great value for money.
My stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory, with no particular aspect that could be improved upon.

Friendly, helpful staff which came to pick me up after at 1.00 am very long flight delays. English language proficiency is good.
Please indicate that (for the room I rented) there is only a shared bathroom facility.

The greeting from Doina and her husband was warm and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the position just a few minutes walk from the airport was perfect. I had had correspondence with Doina before our stay and she was so helpful and prompt in her replies. Because of our early departure Doina had packed us a lovely food parcel which we enjoyed very much on the plane as we were too early to eat at the airport.I would not hesitate to use this hotel again if we use Pisa airport.

Walking distance to the airport was a game-changer, no stress on catching flights. Friendly staff met me even though I came late at night. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the free Wi-Fi, which was convenient for me to work on while waiting for my flight.
The noise level was high, making it challenging to settle in and relax. it was just self-service pre-packed cakes, not meeting my expectations.

Very near the airport - in addition we got a pickup from the airport in the middle of the night.

It is close to the Pisa airport. The innkeeper came to the airport to meet us on arrival. Coffee was freshly brewed in the morning.
The expressway gives some noise during the night. Have your earplugs ready if your sleep is light. (Airport is not noisy in this spot)

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly during our romantic escape. the location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the airport, which made it easy to get to and gave us extra time to sleep in. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a great shower that provided hot water.
The hotel was very noisy and we could hear all the other guests coming and going throughout the night. the walls were too thin, and it was impossible to sleep without being disturbed.

The owner/manager could not have been more helpful - he met me at the airport at 1am after my flight was postponed by 3 hours! The waitress at breakfast was less charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was fairly noisy, because of external noise, but then it was next to the airport, so I wasn't surprised.

It is literally a 5 minute walk from the airport departure hall.
The building is more or less underneath a big motorway fly over, so during the night you can hear especially big trucks passing overhead.
